The
Wirt County Fair Association is NOT responsible for accidents.

All
pets must be restricted to leashes and their owners responsible for the
pet's action.

$20.00 fee
daily
for camper registration. Tag may be picked up at the Fair Office and must
be prominently displayed. This fee is assessed regardless of what
utilities are available at each site. Registration required at the Fair
Office for each individual occupying camper. Each individual is required
to purchase a daily pass.

Only ATVs, UTVs, and golf carts authorized by the Wirt County Fair Association will be allowed to operate on the fairgrounds.
The primary use of ATVs, UTVs, and golf carts is for the operation of county fair. All operators must be 16 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.

No
alcoholic beverages permitted on the grounds.

No
50/50 tickets may be sold except by the Wirt County Fair Association.

The
Wirt County Fair Association is not responsible for changes in the
schedule and reserves the right to interpret these rules and regulations
to settle all matters, concerning any part of the Wirt County Fair.

All
interested residents of Wirt County shall be eligible for membership to
the Wirt County Fair Association and shall have voting privileges upon
payment of membership dues. Dues shall be $10.00 per fiscal year and
voting privileges shall run concurrently. A membership drive will be held
from August 1st to October 31st each year for the coming year's
activities. This is the only time dues will be accepted for voting
privileges.
